SHIFT-Eyewear
At SHIFT-Eyewear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your sunglasses, blue light glasses, clip-ons or accessory do not meet your expectations, you may use your legal right of withdrawal.
We advise you to carefully check the product information before placing your order, including the model, color, dimensions, fit, lens type, UV specifications, blue light specifications and included accessories.
If you are unsure about a model, color, fit or clip-on combination, please contact us before placing your order at eyewear.shift@gmail.com.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving it.
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
A return must always be registered in advance via eyewear.shift@gmail.com, including your order number.
Returns that have not been registered in advance will not be processed.
A return is only valid if you have clearly stated within 14 days after receiving the order that you wish to use your right of withdrawal and the return has been registered by SHIFT-Eyewear.
Return Costs
The costs of returning the product are fully at the customer’s expense.
SHIFT-Eyewear does not provide a free return label and does not reimburse return shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise in writing or in case of an error by SHIFT-Eyewear, such as the delivery of a wrong or defective product.
We recommend always using a shipping method with track & trace.
The risk of the return shipment remains with the customer until the package has been received by SHIFT-Eyewear.
Insufficiently stamped return shipments may be refused or the additional costs may be deducted from the refund amount, insofar as legally permitted.
Return Conditions
A return will only be accepted if the product meets the following conditions:

The sunglasses, blue light glasses, clip-on or accessory has not been worn.

The product has not been used.

The product has only been briefly tried on to check the fit.

The lenses do not contain scratches, stains or damage.

The frame is not bent, damaged or deformed.

Clip-ons are not damaged, bent or scratched.

The product contains no signs of use.
-
The product contains no traces of make-up, cream, perfume, smoke, sweat or skin oil.

All original labels, cards, protective film and tags are still present, insofar as supplied.

All included accessories, such as the glasses case, cleaning cloth, pouch, box and protective materials, are returned with the product.

The product is returned in its original packaging.

The original packaging is not damaged, written on, stickered or unnecessarily damaged.

The product is securely and carefully packed for return shipping to prevent transport damage.
Original Packaging Required
The sunglasses, blue light glasses, clip-on or accessory must always be returned in the original packaging, including all related accessories and protective materials.
Returns without the original packaging, without included accessories or with damaged packaging may be refused or may result in a reduction in value, insofar as legally permitted.
Inspection and Reduction in Value
All returns are checked and inspected after receipt.
If it appears that the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, SHIFT-Eyewear reserves the right to charge a reduction in value.
Products that are damaged, scratched, show clear signs of use, are incomplete or are no longer in sellable condition may be partially refunded or, insofar as legally permitted, refused.
Examples of reduction in value include:

scratches on lenses, frames or clip-ons;

damage to the frame;
-
bent temples;
-
missing accessories;
-
missing or damaged original packaging;
-
stains, odors or signs of use;
-
traces of make-up, cream, perfume, smoke, sweat or skin oil;
-
clear signs that the glasses have been used beyond normal fitting.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount of the returned product will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original payment.
SHIFT-Eyewear may wait with the refund until the product has been received and inspected by us.
Return shipping costs are not refunded. These costs are fully at the customer’s expense.
In case of a partial return, the original outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.
In case of a full return, the standard outbound shipping costs will only be refunded insofar as legally required.
Additional shipping options, such as express shipping or other more expensive delivery methods, will not be refunded above the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method.
Responsibility When Returning
The customer is responsible for correctly packaging and shipping the return package.
Sunglasses, blue light glasses and clip-ons must be securely packed, preferably in the original glasses case and original shipping packaging, to prevent damage during transport.
If a return shipment arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, this may result in a reduction in value or refusal of the return, insofar as legally permitted.
